At J&J, we approach our cheer camps with a fun, creative perspective. Each year, we create fresh new camp material and teach innovative stunts and pyramids. We will adapt to your school's and state's COVID policies!

Our most popular session is our Star Routine, which is perfect for homecoming, halftimes, and pep assemblies! We adapt the Star Routine to fit your squad's skill level of dance, stunting, jumps, and tumbling!

We create a large variety of cheers and chants to fit the style you are looking for! We offer: quarter cheers, stunt cheers, yell backs, crowd involvement cheers, and chants! We also have cheers specifically created for hockey, football, wrestling, and basketball- just ask! 

Stunting is a huge part of cheerleading and it's important to us that we follow NFHS rules and safety standards. Each year, we work on creative stunts and techniques that will impress your crowd! We follow a set stunt progression to get your athletes to learn safely with great technique!
