There are so many different options out there when looking at Summer Cheer Camps. Finding the right one can set the tone for your squad's entire year. We've made some big changes at Jump and Jam to make sure that each camp is individualized to make your home camp a success! Our unique camp set-up allows YOU to be in control of what you learn and for how long. Every camp is structured around the sessions that YOU choose! Nothing is more frustrating than spending thousands at a camp and not using any of the material! With Jump and Jam Home Camps, each camp is individually structured around YOUR squad! You call the shots and only learn what you want! We learn about your squad and camp goals BEFORE the instructor arrives at your gym, so there's no surprises!! At Jump and Jam, you get individualized one-on-one attention with EVERY clinic from extensively trained instructors that are knowledgeable in the latest teaching techniques. We select our instructors not only on their skill level, but how they effectively they teach and the right personality to mesh with your campers. We strive to match the right instructor for each camp. Our goal is to satisfy YOU, the customer. Not only are the camps convenient because we travel to you, but we will work around the Team's schedule and set times that work for you! Our regular camp days run 7 hours total, 6 hours of work and 1 hour off for lunch. We do camps EVERY day of the week (yes, even Sundays!) and you can pick the start time that works best (yes- even 8 am or 3 pm!). Have softball players you need to work around? No problem! We try to work around everyone's busy schedules! Want to do a Three Day camp but you are having problems finding three consecutive days in a row? Jump and Jam can accommodate you by coming three separate days, even in different months. Our goal at every camp is to teach each squad fresh new material, while pushing them to reach their potential and having fun. We also provide many experiences that you get at an away camp. We have fun sessions that your Cheer or Dance team can compete for awards. We challenge individuals and promote positive team competitions by holding skill competitions. We also have evaluations for ribbons for home routines or material that the team learns at camp. Also, qualifying camps will be invited to participate in the Buffalo Wild Wings Citrus Bowl in Orlando, Florida! We have the maximum ratio of 1 instructor per 14 campers. The more campers, the more instructors. If you have separate squads, such as Varsity, Junior Varsity, and Freshman, they can individualize material for each squad. We choreograph new material each summer so that your separate teams can learn different things. If you wish, your team has the capability of learning double the material of any other camp! In addition, we allow video taping, so nothing you learn will be forgotten!
If you would like the option of having two instructors for camps under 14 or add an additional instructor, you only have to pay the additional instructors round trip mileage! With extra instructor the team gets more attention and has the capability of dividing up. Our instructor to camp ratio is:
14 CAMPERS AND UNDER: 1 INSTRUCTOR
14 TO 25 CAMPERS- 2 INSTRUCTORS
26 TO 39 CAMPERS- 3 INSTRUCTORS
40 TO 55 CAMPERS- 4 INSTRUCTORS
56 CAMPERS AND ABOVE- 5 INSTRUCTORS
If you are looking for a camp that your team can work with other campers from different schools, we encourage you to "Host" and invite other squads to attend. This can help offset mileage and lodging costs of the instructors, especially teams that have a small squad. Hosting other teams creates a spirited dynamic of an "away camp" without the "away price".
