Open Sessions:

SIDELINE SKILLS MANAGEMENT

During the skills implementation training sessions, teams will learn how to put the skills that they work on at camp to use. These classes will center on teaching efficient game cheering while incorporating effective stunting and tumbling skills to get your crowd to participate. They will learn how to perform the duties of a cheerleader in a crowd leading atmosphere, including; quarter changes and timeouts, stunting with signs and poms, effective ways to use pyramids, and practical use of tumbling.

Note: squad must provide props they want incorporated

STAR ROUTINE

Our most popular session! Learn a 60 second routine set to music that is perfect for homecoming, halftimes, and pep assemblies! We adapt to your squad's skill level and uniqueness, playing the routine's stunts, jumps, tumbling, and dance to your strengths!

Note: Most squads will take two sessions to learn the star routine!

HALFTIME DANCE

A fun, 75 second halftime dance set to popular music and creative choreography designed to get your fans off your feet. This high powered dance routine is perfect for pep assemblies or half times that will get your crowd energized. We customize the dance skills and levels to match the needs of your squad.

Note: May take two sessions to learn our halftime dance depending on how quickly your squad picks up new material!

CHEERS & CHANTS

Learn your new favorite cheers and chants! Learn creative call backs, crowd involvement cheers, chants, quarter cheers, stunt cheers, and sport specific cheers!

GROUP EVALUATION

Depending on the material chosen, the instructors will judge your squad on their team performance and award ribbons! Choose between evaluating cheers, dance, a stunt sequence or any routine that you learned at camp!

STUNT BOOT CAMP

Go beyond stunt progressions and learn innovative drills to fine tune technique! This session is designed for you to take home these drills to incorporate into your own practices!

JUMP BOOT CAMP

Work jumps, focusing on the very basics to the nitty-gritty of fine tuning technique! Get one on one critiques from our instructors, as well as a workout tailored to the needs of your squad!

PYRAMID CLASS

Learn fun and creative pyramids set to your squad's skill level!

SPECIFIC STUNTS

Having trouble learning or teaching specific skills? Let us help! We can assist with any high school legal skill such as: full ups, inversions, twisting skills, transitions, tic tocks, and more!

TEAM BONDING

This session uses games, competition and reflection to help a squad to realize their individual and team goals while focusing on how to become a stronger team unit.


Integrated Camp Sessions:

DYNAMIC WARM UP

Learn a dynamic warm up routine that safely warms up and conditions your athlete's muscles and minimizes the risk of injury caused by static stretching!

MOTION TECHNIQUE

Learn a short motion technique warm up that helps with muscle memory, levels, sharpness and proper arm placement!

JUMPS

Learn the basics of jumping, get one-on-one coaching and learn new drills to help and strengthen "problem" areas!

WARM UP DANCE

A repeating 8 count dance that focuses on sharp motions that can be used with or without poms. This dance is easy to convert to 8 counts so your team can dance along to the band or any music played at your game!

STUNT PROGRESSIONS

Learn our personal stunting philosophy, as well as a stunt warm up that teaches proper technique safely!

INDIVIDUAL COMPETITIONS

Members of your squad will can compete and show off their dancing, jumps, tumbling, and sharp motions for awards!
